Refund policy

At Skeleton Optics Australia we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on skeletonoptics.com.au purchases. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return any pair of Skeleton Optics Sunglasses or Skeleton Optics Gear for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund the product must be returned with its original packaging intact with tags in new condition, unworn, unused and without physical damage. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

• You can commence your return process HERE
• You will be required to enter your email then await receipt of a 6 digit verification code via email to enter the returns portal.
• Select your order and initiate your return process.
• Once your return is approved, we will email you a shipping label free of charge.
• Print your label and package your item. 
• Simply drop your parcel off at any convenient Australia Post street box, Post Office or Parcel Locker location.
• Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed. 

WARRANTY

All Skeleton Optics Australia Products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects. Skeleton Optics Australia warranty program however does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Skeleton Optics lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision will void this warranty.
